2. Cancellation of Subscription
Users can cancel their SprintZen subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation:

Cancellation will not result in any refunds for the remaining duration of the subscription period.

To avoid charges, users must cancel their subscription before the free trial ends. Once the trial period is over and a paid plan is activated, charges are non-refundable.
